A:  The corporate office decided to make this change effective December 1, 2006.   This will now give employees an opportunity to purchase additional plans (Life Insurance, Vision Insurance, Higher Dental Coverage, Sickness/Hospital Confinement, Intensive Care, Prescription discounts and more).
