Lucky YOU! I finally found the Microsoft Management Console executable program somewhere and decided to post it here for your use as well. It took several Google and Yahoo search engine attempts before I located it on some university website.

I hope it didn't take you as long to find this Microsoft Management Console for Windows 2000 Professional program.

Some trial program I was using, I think it was an image editing or image conversion freeware program. It somehow removed the MMC off my computer and out of the registry, so when I tried to run my Windows 2000 defrag program, it wouldn't work. It just did nothing.

Plus, I tried to use my Active Disk Wiper program, which uses the Microsoft Management Console. It too didn't work. The download and re-install worked. I didn't have to re-install the Windows defrag program or the Active Disk Wiper program.
